25 October 2011 – The Ritz London exudes “elegance and style”. On Thursday 24 November, The Ritz will present a special Dom Perignon Dinner in the magnificent 18th century surroundings of The William Kent House.
The Ritz’ executive chef John Williams has created a remarkable menu, paired with some of the finest offerings from Champagne Dom Perignon.
Richard Geoffroy, Chef de Cave at Dom Perignon since 1996, will be on hand to elaborate on the differing styles of wines. Vintages served will include Dom Perignon 2000, 2002, Dom Perignon OE 1996 and Dom Perignon Rose 2000.
A Champagne and canapé reception in the Marie Antoinette Suite will commence the evening, with a five course degustation menu of smoked salmon, Foie Gras and smoked eel, confit of turbot, Bresse chicken and a Pear William Desert and Petit Fours.
